Before joining Allianz, Xi Dee was a businesswoman in the F&B industry, where she entered into a partnership for franchising. She worked more than 10 hours a day, but when her partners sold the business and disappeared with all the money, she realised this was not the lifestyle she wanted. After returning to Malaysia, she started her own business, but due to the economic downturn, she was unable to sustain it. This prompted her to make a life-changing decision.
