Why go digital

Starting 1 April 2019, we have moved into paperless communication.

I would prefer to have the hardcopy statement / notices sent. How can I request for the printed copy?

When will I start receiving digital communications?

Effective 1 April 2019, all statements and notices will be in digital format with encrypted passwords. Paper statements and notices will cease.

How can I access the digital communication?

All statements and notices will be delivered to the email you registered with Allianz Life. You may also log-on to MyAllianz to access your policy details, statements and notices.

I do not have an email registered with Allianz Life, how can I know there are statements or notices for me?

A SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number you registered with Allianz Life to notify you. However, we strongly encourage you to register your email address as well for prompt access to your documents.

Do I need to sign-up for MyAllianz?

Yes, there is a one-time registration required to register for MyAllianz access. Click here to find out how to register.

I do not have an email address, can I still sign-up for MyAllianz?

You will need an email address to sign-up. We strongly encourage you to sign-up for an email address and register the new email with us in order to access to your statements and notices.
