General Insurance Premium Payment

Learn about the various methods that you can use to pay your general policy's premium

You can walk-in to your servicing agent’s office to make your premium payment via any of the following methods:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card – Only Visa and Master Card are acceptable.
  • Cash
  • Cheque – Cheques should be crossed to “Allianz General Insurance Company (M) Berhad”. Please write the following details at the back of the cheque:
    - Policyholders’ name
    - Vehicle number and premium amount
    - Contact numbers 

     

You can contact Allianz Outbound Call Center to make your premium payment via any of the following methods:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card – Only Master and Visa Card is applicable.
  • Internet Banking
  • Cheque (bank in) – Cheques should be crossed to “Allianz General Insurance Company (M) Berhad”. Please write the following details at the back of the cheque:
    - Policyholders’ name
    - Vehicle number and premium amount
    - Contact numbers

  • Credit Card / Debit Card – Only Visa and Master Card are acceptable.

  • Interbank transfer via Branch’s Virtual Account
