To support Malaysia in curbing the spread of COVID-19 - Allianz Malaysia is giving out 2 units of ProDetect COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit to the first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members to encourage self-testing for early detection.
 
Thank you for you interest. Due to overwhelming response, the redemption request is now closed. The first 2,000 of eligible Allianz We Care Community members will receive a notification email within seven (7) working days from the date of submission.

Testing can be easy and quick - you can now perform self-testing at home as a precaution to protect you and your loved ones.

To redeem the ProDetect COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit, Allianz We Care Community members have to:

1.   Visit the  redemption page (click here)

2.   Fill up all the following information accurately and submit it before 30 November 2021:

        a)   Full Name as per NRIC (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)

        b)  NRIC (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)

        c)   Mobile number (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)

        d)   Email address (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)

        e)   Delivery address (for delivery purposes)

3.   2x ProDetect COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit will be sent to the first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members upon verification and on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • ·      The ProDetect COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit is offered to Allianz We Care Community members only. (Allianz We Care Community’s terms and conditions: https://www.allianz.com.my/we-care-terms-and-conditions)
  • ·      Each Allianz We Care Community member is entitled to claim one-time COVID-19 antigen rapid test kit only. Members who have successfully redeemed COVID-19 antigen rapid test kits from the Allianz We Care Community campaign in August 2021, September 2021, and October 2021 will not be eligible for this round of giveaway.
  • ·      2 units of COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit is provided to the first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • ·      The first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members who successfully submitted their request via the  redemption page with the complete information as follows will be selected:
  • 1.   Full Name as per NRIC (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
  • 2.   NRIC (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
  • 3.   Mobile number (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
  • 4.   Email address (as per the registration record of Allianz We Care Community)
  • 5.   Delivery address (for delivery purposes)
  • ·      By submitting the request, Allianz We Care Community member acknowledges that he/she has read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and the Campaign Privacy Policy: https://www.allianz.com.my/campaign-privacy-notice
  • ·      The submission cut-off date is on 30 November 2021 at 11:59pm. Any submissions after 31 November 2021 will be disregarded.
  • ·      The first 2,000 Allianz We Care Community members shall be selected by Allianz Malaysia. The decisions made by Allianz Malaysia are final and no appeals and related correspondences will be entertained.
  • ·      The selected Allianz We Care Community members will be notified via an email from Allianz Malaysia within seven (7) working days from the date of submission and will receive the COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit from our fulfilment partner in December 2021.
  • ·      Allianz Malaysia reserves the absolute right to change and/or substitute the type and number of rapid antigen test kits at any time without prior notice.
