Kuala Lumpur:

1.     Complimentary heart ultrasound scan (ECHO + ECG)

  1. 2.      Blood test screening which includes:
  • Complete blood count
  • Lipid profile 
  • Glucose test
  • Urine test 
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) 
  • Blood Pressure test
  • Microcirculation test – blood capillaries circulatory analysis

3.      Test result report + consultation with a doctor

Penang:

1.      Complimentary High Sensitive C-Reactive Protein (HS-CRP) test + HbA1c test

2.      Blood test screening which includes:

  4. *The Health & Wellness screening tests will take approximately 2 hours to complete and a minimum of 6 hours of fasting is required before the test begins. Tests must be completed on the same day.

    -   Active Malaysian bank credit card holder.
  • This benefit is applicable to adults between age 40 to 65 years old.
  • This benefit is redeemable by Allianz We Care Community members  + his/her spouse (total 2 persons). The couple must be present together for the screening. 
  • Single/unmarried Allianz We Care Community members are allowed to redeem the benefits for themselves (1 person), subject to the T&Cs.
  • This benefit must be booked via the booking link and appointments must be made at least 2 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Screening tests will take approximately 2 hours to complete and a minimum of 6 hours of fasting is required. All tests must be completed same day.
  • This benefit is valid only for published packages and is not allowed to be redeemed with other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Additional charges may apply for tests or services that were not covered in the package.
  • By redeeming the benefit, he/she acknowledges that he will be required to register and sign off a registration document during appointment.
